Ciao,
Well this week not much happening!
Wednesday I don't remember what we did so I guess we didn't do anything that exciting, other than groceries and e mail. Thursday we weekly planned while everyone else was at transfers and then we just went outside and worked but found no one because there is literally no one because they are all on vacation. .Then Friday we went farming and I am now a true Idahoan, guess what work they made us do! Harvest potatoes!!! I did not like that I was just covered in dirt, I turned into a black person and Willey who was with us, who has dark skin, turned white haha it was funny. Anyway, we sat down on a bench and there was a conveyor belt that had big chunks of dirt and potatoes and so we had to pick out all the ones that were good. Willey asked when we are going to play basket ball with him because he really loves basketball but we won't play this Pday but the next one. Then Saturday Giacomo, the one who got his mission call just got back from Sicily. He was working there with his Dad and so we went to his house and his family through him a party it was pretty fun. Then sunday before and after church something spectacular happened that we haven't had in a while, It was rain!!! A huge storm came through and now everything is a lot colder it isnt getting above 80 so it feels really nice. Then Monday we went to see the member who is in the wheelchair, Paulo Martenuzi and we did a role play of him and his wife pretending to invite thier friends to listen to the missionaries and they did really well and we corrected them and then they did another one. Later that night our ward mission leader/2nd counselor Santos invited us over for family home evening for dinner with our new convert Ivan. They are so great, they are from the Dominican Republic. Then Tuesday we had district meeting and I finally got to see my trainer, Anziano Glowa again. He goes home in 5 weeks. We did district meeting here in Gorizia and we have an elevator and so a couple of missionaries decided to be lazy and took the elevator and the elevator got stuck so we started without them to do numbers from the week and stuff while we waited for some mechanic to come and let them out. they are both kinda of new missioniaries so they are still kinda green, haha. During district meeting while the zone leaders were talking about the zone vision for the transfer they kept referring to it doesn't matter if we have one transfer left or 6 and every time they said one transfer left they looked at Glowa and he was getting kinda mad but it was funny. Then we taught English class and played Giacomo and his older sister Micol in a game of foosball. First it was Anziano Winward and me vs. them and we won. Then it was Giacomo and me vs Micol and Anziano Winward and we lost then we did a one vs. one tournament and Giacomo played his sister Micol and lost then I played Winward and lost then I played Giacomo and easily won. Then anziano winward could have beaten Micol but just let her win so then I played her and was doing good, but by the end nothing went my way so she won. She was so excited to play us and beat us she is very competitive!!
Today we will go to a castle in Trieste that is on the ocean!!
Well school should be starting here next week or yesterday I'm not sure but good news is that we will have investigators yay!!!!!! Yea, Willey really likes me. On Sunday his Dad came up to me after church and told me he likes my style. I am super glad I am staying here in Gorizia. I would not mind staying here for 6 months until after christmas but unfortuantley I think I will be going in 5 weeks. I knew that crazy dog Rusty is a natural hunter. I'm surprised he didnt catch anything!!
Well love you and have a great week.
