Well this week not much to tell other then on Saturday we went to a Lady's house that we called from our member list and when we called she said “ya actually I need help moving wood so come over Saturday.  When we showed up she put us to work but she is not a member she is kinda crazy and we call people like her Gypsies and her daughter is the member.   Anyway for some reason she has a ton of wood in her garage and wants us to move it all outside. Kind of a weird request but we love service as missionaries so we help everyone!! Then we went to a members house to cook mexican food with them and we had a small party planned that evening but its good we had it planned because that morning the son got his mission call in the mail!! He will be leaving in October to the mission of Stockholm, Sweden.  It was super cool to watch because in Italy watching someone get their call almost never happens and it brought back a ton of memories of my call.  No matter where you are in the world when you open your call its all the same. everyone stands and listens to him read the call letter and when everyone hears where they all scream super loud!

Sunday nothing special happened. Monday we went on a scambio and I went with anziano Minà, he is an Italian from Palermo, Sicily. He is super cool and  we got along great but let me tell you man it is hard on your brain to literally speak a different language for 24 hrs straight. We did some great work together.  We didn’t find anyone but still trying.  Tuesday we visted a member who has Multiple Sclerosis.  He gets lonely during the week cause his wife works so we go over to visit with him and share a message. He is a super great guy and just is still super happy even though he is in a wheelchair. If I cant walk anymore for some reason I hope I can still be as happy as he is.

Our previous investigator Zachary we decided to drop  because he just  won’t accept the fact that he needs to be baptized again and  he just deosnt really listen to us when we tell him that all other churches in the world are not of god  that they have small truths but they don’t have the authority. So no more Zachary and now no more investigators :(

Also since Thursday night the catholic church has had a party outside of our house every night from 8:30pm to midnight it is terrible that we can’t ever go to bed on time or plan. but it is funny watching the people dance and the dumb young kids getting drunk and doing really stupid stuff, so at least we have something to laugh at and we get a free live concert every night haha.

My companion is great! In our mission their is a lot from Idaho Falls and Arizona obviously Utah but not as many as I think in other missions.

By the way, for Parker’s  mission buy him Ecco brand shoes.  They are  a type of dress shoe made for walking and they last!  Let me tell you some missionaries have been out for two years with them and they still look brand new and aren't falling apart.

Then of the trenches, dont worry I took tons of pics and will be going back to find more stuff.  I also took a million pics of Venice it is just like the movies it is crazy like the movie The Tourist with Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp; it looks exactly like that except I heard the water is so dirty now that its acidic so you cant swim in it. And  ya over here we leave behind all the bikes so let’s just hope that I can go another year with out buying one!
