9 Months Served

This week was super sweet.   Anziano D'addabbo is super fun, he is from Arizona, Queen Creek and he cooks super good because he trained an Italian and speaks super well.  We are doing a ton of great work together. This week has been sooooooooo crazy so many stories.  

First went to Milan to get Anziano D'addabbo and Friday was super hard and difficult, no one wanted to talk to us, we literally scared everyone out of the park haha because we would start to talk to one person and everyone else would start to leave. We just both thought man, Modena is a super tough city. Then we stopped this woman named Esther and her daughter who was rollerblading and she was very nice and we walked and talked with her and she likes motorcycles a lot.  We talked about Ducati but she hasn’t answered her phone yet and she said her husband just bought a Ducatti for $25000 euro how ridiculous it must be super nice.

Saturday we went to the Bishop’s house and he fed us it was pretty good and took us out to gellato with an Italian that speaks maybe better english than me because he lived in England for 25 years.  Anyway we taught the bishop’s family so powerfully that the bishop’s wife felt the spirit so much she started to cry. Anziano d'addabbo and I teach so well together already. Saturday night we found this cute columbian girl that is 21 years old named Mary and her brother Freider 15 and she said that she has been waiting for us since she was 8 years old and hopefully we will have another lesson with her tonight with her parents also! We found them at the top the building which never happens and so now we started to think, man this city is actually really ready for us.

Sunday we went to a house of a referral that is from Ghana; he was really weird but nice. Then we saw this less active woman and her son,  Rosa and Daniel and we also taught them.  Daniel is 20 and is willing to meet us 3 times a week to gain a testimony because he hasn’t been to church since he was 9 or 10 and he told us all these things he was doing without us even asking, like word of wisdom stuff and also law of chastity but he wants to change so, can you say future missionary!  Then I did a scambio with Anziano Neff the Zone Leader and he was companions with my first companiaon Anziano Glowa in the MTC.  We had a very good time until we decided to go do casa near where we found the columbian girl Mary and, Mom dont freak out because #1, I know you will and #2 I already told President about it so don’t call him about it because I told him if I told you, you would freak out and call him so he asked me not to tell you this next part so you have to promise not to bother him ok!? ok now I will finish; so while we were doing casa we were almost done with this like 10 story building; we were just finishing the 2nd floor about to go down and this guy from the South, I could tell by his accent, was yelling at us “What are you doing, What are you doing” and as he approached us I saw a knife in his hands and he backed Anziano Neff in the corner and was yelling at him and then turned to me and he was waving and pointing the knife in our faces, let me tell you I have never been sooooo scared in my life because I couldnt take off and leave Anziano Neff there so he backed off from us and finally let us leave!  I definitley needed to check my pants after that one, I have never been soo scared before.  Then we taught a less active with his girlfriend and she wants to be baptized!

Oh yeah I almost forgot to tell you but a new Ferrari museum opens on saturday and I will be one of the first people in the world to see it it will be awesome!!
