caio,
i think it is finally fall here we had a huge thunderstorm and it went from probaly 90 to today is about 70 it is really nice and im not sweating i actually had to break out the long sleeves the other day and the rain jacket is sooo handy. and we have to start wearing suits everyday on the 1st of october that until i think april.
well laundry is in our house we have washing machines and our apartment is huge! it is 2 levels with 3 rooms a big kitchen space it is nice but its weird italians dont use carpet just tile. and we live in the middle of downtown or centro of mantova. we get enough money its just that i dont get reimburesed soon enough so i have to take out twenty. thanks for the huge boise state report that is good its not too long i cant beleive they are number 4 in the nation that is ridiculous!
welll about the teaching. we get twenty lessons a week like jeffery r. holland asked us to do, but sometimes we just teach lessons to get twenty lessons a week so starting this next transfer im still with my trainer anziano glowa. we are going to strive to teach good lessons and get more italian investigators because we have one right now and he wont answer our calls anymore. and we have a lot of african investigators but they just dont understand what we are teaching so we are going to start dropping people and get quality lessons not quantity but we will still try for the twenty a week. so we are going to start doing a lot of casa now to find our italians.
oh and the ward back home may have changed a lot but our branch is too my campanion was called the be the young mens president and me the first counseler and also i was called to be sunday school president! so i have to teach all the older people in italian starting this sunday or next sunday im not really sure. but i am really excited to be apart of the young mens and have them look up to me as much as i looked up to mine like brother kirkham, whitworth, fowers, and borg. and we havent really had anyone come to church. all transfer. so we are going to work soo hard especially using young mens orginization and start baptizing famlies!
trains are ok they are really hot because the a/c doesnt work on them but they are ok its not really anything special. oh and my trainer was soo mean the other day but it helped me grow a lot we were at the hospital and making calls and were at the hospital to put our names on a list for helping people in crisis like give them a blessing or something. so there was this girl sitting on the bench across from us and he said go talk to her while i make calls for 5 mins so i was what i cant do that i dont understand anything and so i sat there for a while and he said go over god has prepared this moment just for you to talk to her and he said he would come in 2 mins of min talking to her. well so i went over and talked to her and sure enough anziano glowa didnt come over to help so i had to talk to her in italian all byself that was way more scary to do than cliff jump or something!
the package i could leave mantova a couple weeks before christmas because that would be the end of my 3rd transfer and missionaries usually change cities between 3 or 4 transfers. so i could change cities before christmas so you would need to send it to the mission home a a couple weeks before christmas i would think. i cant believe i just finished my first transfer. let me tell you the six weeks here was 20xs better than the mtc the mtc was good but this is sooo much better. my bike is good now and i get fed at least once a day we are eating well. and jake is going to mexico that is way cool. when does he leave?
talk you next week love ya,
anziano strong
