Three Months

hey mommy,

I’m still with my trainer for at least one more transfer. It will be his 5th transfer here. He has been on his mission for about 13 months now and has only been to 2 cities. and I should stay through four so I will be here for about 6 months or so.
 

I’m not going to go buy another coat. I’ll just do what the Italians do and ride my bike while holding my umbrella.  I’m not sure if I told you or not yet but I can now ride my bike without my hands haha. and rain all next week all I have to say is bring it on I’ll still go out with a smile!

I just want to say I miss America soooo much! Italy is a nice country to visit but compared to the U.S. it is not a very nice place to live. They dont have anything. It’s not bad when I'm riding my bike and looking at all the beautifulness but when I go shopping I would love to have walmart.  I never thought I would miss that store so much, you guys have no idea how lucky we are to be living in the greatest country on earth they have like 2 aisles just for pasta and they have no snack foods and I tried to buy bagles so I could have bagles with cream cheese and they dont exist here! just little things like that but I’m glad that I get to look at the all the sites everyday. I miss the holidays in America; no one celebrates Halloween here but because Anziano Glowa is the young mens president we threw a halloween party and it was pretty fun. but I didnt understand anything they were saying haha. I am going to miss going snowboarding sooo bad.  I cant believe its been a whole year almost since last snowboarding season started and for Christmas we will see if these cold hearted Italian people become nice since it is almost Christmas just like in america everyone seems to get nicer around christmas.

as for investigators we are back down to 0 of them. We did one day of casa casa or house to house and we had a very interesting time. First we got in one home and this old guy told us he used to be gay and every time we brought up Jesus he just started talking about something random; then he got up and went to the bathroom and did some other stuff for like 10 mins and it was really awkward just waiting for him. Then the next guy was from Spain and he was an x- boxer so Anziano Glowa said show me some stuff and so he did and punched him in the face it was funny. Then the next people were actually somewhat good, we taught them the first lesson and they were very receptive but didnt want us to come back in the near future, but later, so that was dissapointing so we will see what happens this next week.

We had stake conference this week so I didnt have to teach but this week I do. We will go to a members house for skype . oh could you send me some family recipes like grandpa’s pancakes. Tell army AJ I said hi and have him write me.
